How long is processing time once I place my orders?

Processing time can vary depending on your payment method and the companies we work with to get your product ready to pack and ship off safely. Usually between 4-7 days we aim to get your product on its way out to you.  If for any reason it goes over that time we will contact you to update you.

I ordered multiple products from you so why do they arrive to my destination on different days?

We use various manufacturer's that are located in different places for our products. We choose to do this to ensure we can pass on the most highest quality and most competitive pricing we can get for our highly valued customers. So at times you may receive your purchases at different times but please do not be concerned. They will all arrive safely. Please contact us here if you have any concerns with your purchases so we can check up on it and rectify any issues.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We do ship internationally to most places around the world. Our currency is in US dollars and all payments are paid in US dollars but please make use of the currency converter if you need too, at the top right hand of the screen whilst shopping with us, to see what the cost of our items are in your local currency.

How long does it take for my parcel to get to me?

Depending on where you live in the world we aim to get your parcels to your destination within 2-4 weeks from the shipping date. On rare occasions we can experience certain issues where items may be held with customs for longer than usual depending on where the item is being shipped. We do ask that you keep checking your tracking number to see status updates of your parcel. If for any reason you are concerned with your parcels arrival please contact us and we will aim to get back to you within 24-48 hours. We thank you for your patience when there are unfortunate delays with arrivals but we try our absolute best to stay within the 2-4 week arrival period stated.

What happens if I need to return a product?

Please ensure to carefully read our Returns Policy. You will find all the info you need to know about returns and refunds.

Will I get a reply back if I email you?

Yes. We always aim to reply back to emails within 48-72 hours (for non-urgent enquiries).

For urgent enquiries regarding parcels and purchases please put URGENT in the title of your email and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

What if my parcel has NOT arrived after 2-4 week period?

We always aim to keep every single one of our customers happy so please contact us if you haven't received your parcel within 2-4 weeks from the shipping date so we can attempt to see what the issue is and proceed to rectify it for you.
